Rural Organization for Social Service (ROSS) based in Tangla Udalguri (BTAD) Assam regd in 1991 under Societies Reg. Act XXI of 1860 with reg. no.2765 and regd under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act 1976 in 2005 with reg. no. 020740038.

During last 19 years, ROSS has taken measures to develop and strengthen grassroots people, CBO, development of women’s organizations, formation SHG groups, youth clubs, etc. Rural Organization for Social Service also is working in the entire district of Udlaguri

Vision: ROSS visions on social economic and political Upliftment and strengthening of the vulnerable community to empower, make decisions and become self reliant.

Mission: Make a paradigm shift from the existing crises, trends and poverty towards economic stability, self sufficiency and social independence through promotion economically viable and feasible initiatives.
