Guiding Principles: To Harmonize the lives of the poor vulnerable poor tribal and marginalized communities /people through sustainable social and human developmental activity.

Development Approach: ROSS incorporate development approach by promoting community based organizations as grass-roots functional institutions and strengthening them with capacity building inputs towards sustainability.

Diversity: ROSS believes in autonomy at every level to ensure freedom and space to operate, which maximize performance.

Accomplishments till Date

• Formed 500 Self Help Groups (SHGs).
• Formed 18 Community Base Organization (CBOs).
• KK Handique State Open University  under KKHSOU above 150 students.
• Trained 1500 and employment generated for 600 youths, men women in different sectors.
• Appointed Agency of Micro Insurance under LIC Govt of India.
• Initiated programmes under government agencies, international donor and national donor.
• ROSS becomes fully institutionalized.
• Today ROSS has its own office, training and demonstration center and income generating production center.
